ACT Registration and Preparation
The ACT is a required item for acceptance into most colleges. These two buttons will aid in the registration and preparation portion of the ACT. All national dates are listed within the ACT Registration/Information button. For full access to the practice work see your high school counselor to gain the site ID and password information.
Student Forms
Seniors wishing to make an official visit to a college of their choice should print the form below and provide the necessary information to the counselor prior to the official visit as well as provide any documentation after they have made their official trip.
From time to time an official transcript from high school is needed. Please complete the form below. A confirmation email will be submitted to you once the transcript has been sent. Note- Official transcripts will not be sent to individuals; those are considered unoffocial.
