Congratulations to Brooke Bell
for her 3rd place win in the 800 meter race at the overall state meet on Saturday, May 2nd. She was unable to run in
the 400 meter due to a muscle injury.
Congratulations to our girls track team for their wins at the North State Track meet on Saturday,
April 25th. Also, congratulations to our individual runners. In all three events, we qualified to advance
to the overall state meet to be held on Saturday, May 2, at Mississippi College. In the 400 meter race, Brooke Bell
placed second and Rebecca Wynn Johnson placed fourth. In the 800 meter run, Brooke finished with a first place win.
In the mile relay, Sara O'Reilly, Brett Spell, Rebecca Wynn and Brooke, place fourth.

in the North State meet at Washington School on Wednesday to qualify for Saturday's Meet.

Brooke will also be running the 800 meter (no qualifying heat required)

Boys 800 meter relay qualified (Gilmore, Eades, Hammett, Self)
Boys Mile Relay was scratched. All the boys relays even the qualifying ones were scratched
due to 1 runner in each race with scheduling conflicts for the races on Saturday.
